Search and place mid-career to Corporate Level Marketing, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Engineering professionals with degrees from top tier MBA schools such as Harvard, Wharton, and the University of Michigan as well as from state and local universities. Many candidates have MBAs and professional certifications. The firm requires that all candidates have excellent work histories with well-recognized employers. (See typical positions below).

MARKET:

The firm serves a local and national market. Clients range from small private companies to Fortune 500 corporations.

FEES:

Market fees based on the first year’s salary plus Ohio sales tax. Flat fees for top executives.

SEARCH TERMS:

Contingent.

90 day guarantee. Replacement of candidate or full refund of placement fee.

PROCESS:

Once Employer requests Recruiter to search, Recruiter will send a simple agreement to Employer for signature. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, Recruiter will begin the search and send Candidates until the position is filled. Recruiter will NOT send unsolicited resumes for positions without Employer permission.

PREVIEW EXECUTIVE CANDIDATE:

In certain instances, an Employer may wish to view the resume of an Executive Candidate without committing to a standard agreement. Contact Recruiter for a one-time opportunity to view an Executive Candidate of interest.

Manager, Director, and VP: Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations,Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, VP of Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer

Several HR candidates have law degrees. Extensive data base.

MARKETING:

Manager, Director, and VP: Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Strategy, Technical Marketing and Sales, Chief Marketing Officer. Several marketing candidates have engineering degrees. Extensive data base.

ENGINEERS:

Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil engineers. Many are licensed Professional Engineers. Many have MBAs.

ACCOUNTING:

Controller, CFO, Manager, Director and VP: Tax, Audit, Compliance, etc.,--many with CPAs.

FINANCE:
